This video gives peace officers the information they need to recognize and appropriately handle someone who is under the influence of heroin, cocaine, PCP, or LSD. Officers are shown how to take inventory of a suspect's mannerisms -- to observe the way the suspect walks and speaks, to check the person's pupil size, and to be aware of abnormal sweating or scratching.
