The responsibilities of the first-line supervisor in a corrections facility are difficult and complex. Not only are they required to report to their superior, but they must also oversee the performance of other correctional employees. This program will improve the problem solving skills of both new and experienced supervisors by allowing them the opportunity to fine-tune their decision-making skills in the non-threatening environment of the classroom.
